Eligible Members
Active and permanent employees who work at least 30 hours a week with valid copy of the IESS tax return or contract for professional fees.

Residence Limitations
This contract is a plan designed and calculated for people whose permanent residence is in Ecuador.

Covered Expenses - Among various services, it offers:
- Covers ambulatory medical expenses and/or hospital admissions for the member and its dependants (spouse and children), that have been registered and declared legally.
- Professional fees for authorized physicians and surgeons
- Private nursing care
- Professional ambulance services that are justified
- Organ transplants –only for the member receptor
- Plastic surgery for lesions caused by accidents or congenital diseases
- 24-hour coverage, 365 days per year

- Treatment for self inflicted lesions
- Coverage in natural disasters
- Coverage of congenital diseases for children born under the contract or cases that were not diagnosed before
